Stayed here for a weekends break from New Kingston. Location is great but hotel is very poor and could do so much more for itself. Front Desk Staff were very poor and in some cases seemed to do all they could to not help. Rooms were OK but very basic and interent which is highlighted as a benefit did not... more

We stayed here for one night only because it is close to the airport . It was satisfactory only but I would have recommended it because of its location. However we have been charged twice for our stay. The hotel maintain we were there twice (on 29th Feb and 30th March - a month later - we were in Jamaica... more

In reference to your complaint re: duplicate charges. We apologize for the slow response to your first two emails sent to us on April 14 and 17, 2008. After responding to you I requested information that was needed to help with our research. After conducting our internal investigations between the front desk and our accounting departments, we arrived at the...

I arrived at Morgans Harbor on the 27th of Febuary. I was greeted with a friendly face at the airport, and a ride to the Hotel. Check in was painless, and the staff very nice. I arrived to a clean and comfortable room. I did have trouble with the A/c which was addresed quickly. (operator error!) never the less the... more

I checked in on a Friday. The room was clean. I had a great view of the sea and the pool. I was really sleepy, but I think a band was playing late on Friday night. The area is safe, it is NOT touristy. There is no one hassling you asking if you need any of many services. The continental... more

On 21 November 2007, we were looking forward to an overnight stay at Morgan Harbor as sort of a short reconnaisance to find future scuba diving venues. However, when previously requested airport pick up failed to show, we continued on our journey into the interior of the country. We would like to see what Morgan Harbor has to offer diving... more

We booked this hotel on the advice of our hotelier the previous year. He always stayed there on arrival in Jamaica to avoid having to drive home to Port Antonio in the dark. We booked 2 nights so we could meet up with friends in Kingston. The hotel provided a complimentary transfer from the airport & within an hour of... more

I had missed my flight and Air Jamacia directed me there.. all of the cab driver's noted to me that it was a good hotel but it was expensive... When they told me that I would have to pay about $130 to 150 US, I was elated.. SO I took it when I got there the hotel was great. The... more

Really nice hotel. Great spacious and clean room with good decor. Good pool... on the harbour where you can catch the boat to the Lime Cay isle (great beach)... walking distance to Port Royal Historial area (amazing fish cafes and cheap local shop) Other than that it's fairly remote from other things to do. But peaceful. Hotel food is very... more

I am in receipt of your letter stating your concerns regarding your billing details. I apologise for the misunderstanding that may have transpired. I am currently in posession of the bill you received upon check out. The information that you posted on tripadvisor was a bit misleading as the US$71.61 was your total balance which included food and beverage charges,...

We stayed for a Saturday night, prior to leaving Jamaica from Kingston. It is the closest hotel to the airport. The location was great; right on the ocean and a 2 minute walk to the ancient town of Port Royal. It is one of the few places in Kingston where it is safe to walk at night. We went out... more

Let me first apologise for the disappointment that you may have experienced. We have noted all your concerns and are adressing them individually.
