All I can say is perfect. The resort was beautiful, the staff was friendly and the food was wonderful. All inclusive is the only way to go. Thank goodness this resort is in a beautiful location - else we would have been fairly disappointed. We paid for an upgraded room that included room service (didn't use because food was always around) - and concierge (also didn't use - not sure what they provided that we couldn't get by ourselves by making a phone call.)
