Do yourself a favor do not stay!!! Not a place to spend the night with family. Website is very deceiving. Ponce is a nice town, attractions and center of town very close. Spend the extra money and stay at the popular chain hotels, you'll be glad you did. Guesthouse needs extreme improvement and makeover. more

Stayed at the Casa del Sol in late April 2008. Found the room to be terrific: had a balcony, 14ft ceiling, queen bed, AC, cable and new towels. The guest house comes complete with a jacuzzi, fresh coffee and pastries in the AM, gardern area, intimate bar and best of all a wonderful staff. Granted you might have to do... more

we have just returned from a week in puerto rico, while there my wife and I stayed at casa del sol guest house in ponce for six nites,the hotel is not too bad but the staff has to do a better job. on our second day we asked the clerk if someone could sweep and mop our room because it... more
