Second year down at Cobalt and my trips there remain the best dive vacations that I have taken. The hotel is straight forward, with comfortable rooms, a great staff and a solid menu. I was purely there for a diving getaway, so I was on property all week. Between diving several times a day and relaxing on the back pool... more

Dove with Divetech March, 2008. Of all the outfits I have dove with, Divetech is one I would least recommend. There's quite a few reasons--from the rude front desk staff, to shoddy rental gear to the dive tanks that were not filled on a boat dive. The people working the front desk were not friendly or clean--one (blonde lady with... more

Arie, Dora and the rest of staff do a wonderful job of making you feel at home. If you're looking for something smaller and off the beaten path of Seven Mile, then you should definitely consider Cobalt. Of course, most go for the diving and having DiveTech so close is a awesome, too. more

Before I booked my vacation to GC, I read the reviews of Cobalt Coast and was stoked. After being there 7 nights, I wonder if there are two Cobalt Coasts with two Arie's running around. The place was simply OK. I suppose it's a value. We had 7 nights with 2 dives a day for $1400 per person. After our... more

Grand Cayman Cobalt Coast Resort January 28 2008 Reviewer: Canadian Traveller What an awesome experience staying at this resort. This was a first class establishmeant with very professional staff. We stayed in a two bedroom villa and spent a lot of time relaxing on the deck or on the beach in front of the resort. The restauraunt was first class... more

Went over New Years with extended family. We had a 1 bd/1ba suite (w/sleeper sofa) & a 2 bd/2ba suite, three persons in each. We could have squeezed six into the 2bd/2ba (w/sleeper)as it was large enough. The rooms are European but very comfortable (the mattresses are a little thin for my taste & the sofa is....well like any sofa... more

We spent another wonderful week at Cobalt Coast. Arie does everything possible to make it perfect - he is all over the hotel 24/7, making sure everyone is happy and that everthing is taken care of. Dora makes all the arrangements run smooth and is always helpful with a solution to every question. The folks at DiveTech know all there... more

You step off the Plane and you don't have to worry about anything from that point on until you have to dread going home. Our family has been taking a dive vacation over the Christmas holidays for the last four years and generally try to stay at the smaller resorts in the Caribbean that cater to divers. We enjoyed Cobalt Coast/Dive Tech very much and felt they did a great job. We had a two-bedroom/two bath suite which worked out well. (Our two kids... more

We spent Christmas week at Cobalt Coast and can highly recommend this dive resort. DiveTech is thoroughly professional with very friendly knowledgeable staff. If necessary they'll bus divers to other marinas to get the best conditions, which means a quick 5-10 min trip at most. We were lucky and had great weather the entire week. There's a nice reef with... more
