We just returned from the famous "Atlantis" resort, and my husband and I had mixed reviews. We loved the hotel (we stayed in the Cove tower) the room we had was and end room so it had two sliders, nice for those great ocean breezes. However that is where the fun stops, the service in this resort is HORRIBLE, we... more

My family of four (two teenage boys) stayed at the Cove from 15-19 June. The room was beautiful and large with a spectacular bathroom and magnificent views. The pools at Atlantis were wonderful and the beach (especially on the Paradise beach portion) was wonderful. The food was expensive, but very good. We ate lunch several times at Murrays at the... more

For me this property is over the top. Other reviewers have commented on the beauty of the grounds and interesting architecture, the high quality of the various amenities including, multiple plasma TVs in the rooms, the pools and water slides, beach areas and the very high cost of food and drink. It is all there for you, and whether you... more

My husband and I just returned from The Cove Atlantis where we celebrated our first wedding anniversary. When booking our trip, I consulted the Trip Advisor website. Many reviews contained a common theme; the grounds were beautiful but the food was costly and the staff rude. Needless to say, I was a little worried about our trip. I am VERY... more

We stayed at the Cove a few weeks after it opened. The rooms are truly magnificent, complete with nice 50" plasmas, sunken living room and ocean view. The decorating is quite pleasing and top notch. The pool area is beautiful with sofas scattered around and in the pool. Beach area is very nice, far away from the hordes at the... more

My husband, myself and three other adults and a fifteen months old stayed at the cove May 20th until May 29th 2008. We had three deluxe ocean view rooms and they were superb. Although no smoking you are allowed to smoke on the balcony. The house keeping is wonderful, turn down service every night and bottled water. These rooms also... more

I think all the reviews here are failry accurate. I am satisfied overall with the experience but, for an $8k vacation, not so sure it was worth it. Pros: No crowds. There are certain times of the year that aren't crowded at all and this week was one of them (5/28 - 6/1). Our school had just gotten out for... more

We stayed at the Cove for 5 days/4 nights in early May 2008 and absolutely loved it. Our expectations were exceeded & we thought that the privacy/exclusivity, accommodations and service were worth the price. We stayed in an Ocean Deluxe room (non-club level), and as far as we could tell, every room had a beautiful ocean view on each side,... more

As a disclaimer, we wanted to stay at Ocean Club but it was fully booked. The only reason we went is because we have a 5 & 3 year-old. If we returned it would be to Ocean Club and only because of the kids. SO..... March 30, I contacted The Cove concierge, Tivia Johnson, to book restaurants, diving, spa treatments... more
