I stayed at two other hotels here, Executivo which needs a facelift as it is run down, and Holiday Inn, clean and large rooms but no pool, and this is by far a notch or two above. There are very few reviews about any place in Culiacan and what sources we did find rated the Lucerna at between two and three stars. What we did find was a hotel that was fine in all respects. Myself, my husband and our 5 year old son stayed at the Lucerna in Culiacan for 3 nights in March. My brother lives in Culiacan and we were visiting him from the UK. It is a very comfortable, modern and clean hotel. We are from London and speak a little spanish, but all of the reception girls speak very good... more
