Personnel kind and empathic. service at the hotel's beach (there's a public beach too) is slow though(drinks and umbrellas/chairs) and the ice machines "sometimes" have ice. While trying to resolve the overcharge I have found that Front desk staff and management are rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional. So if you decide to vacation here WATCH OUT. more

Everything you read that's negative is true. The place is nasty. Do not take a girl there to impress her, you will be embarrased!
