Yes, I did get a great price the first time that I stayed here ($745.00 all inclusive with plane fare for one week) but no doubt after reading the reviews I did have words of conceren with my travel agent. She told me that others have been there as well as herself and she said it was nice for the... more

This is the worst hotel in Mazatlan. It is old an antiquited and should be condemend. When I checked in there were 3 people in line with complaints about the A/C not working the locks not working and ants in the rooms. At that time I should have just left but I stayed and checked in, I had booked an... more

The Air Con in our room did not work. The front desk told me that all the rooms were the same. I had the front desk guy take me to 10 other rooms. He was telling the truth. They gave me a fan. It sucked being hot for 6 days. I am talking 85 degrees in your room all the... more

Well, here it goes. I’m from Chihuahua Mexico. I went over for some Vacations with my wife and my 3 year old kid. As soon as we got there the first impression of the hotel was creepy. We booked in and we had reserved and paid for a two bed room and when we were booking in they told us... more

Yes the beds are HARD as in all other hotels in Mexico. The food was just okay. Breakfast by far the best, unless you really really like Mexican Cuisine. We have no compaints... more

This hotel was clean, food was terrible and had no variety. This hotel is not very kid friendly although it advertises a kid club, did not have one. The maid stole my son's camera and dug through his suitcase - when caught by my son, claimed that she could not speak english although she spoke english the day before. We... more

Myself & my 25 yr old daughter were booked at this hotel from Mar 8- Mar 15. The hotel is older, but our room was quite spacious with lovely views of the ocean. The food was terrible, except breakfast. The drinks were o.k. Nice beach. We didn't pay much for the trip & the hotel is only a 2 star.... more

Well where do I begin. Our trip was amazing. The staff at this hotel are terrific. They were all so helpful. Our room was amazing! Best view ever, of the ocean! Housekeeping was phenomininal! (sp?) All the other staff, helped us out! I couldn't believe how friendly they all were! They could tell when you had a question, and would... more
