The hotel property is quite ok. The garden is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable and very spacious. The bed is one of the best I've had in Mexico and the Jacuzzi in the room is wonderful, even though it took about 30 minutes to be filled completely. The Villa Blanca Hotel and Spa in Cuernavaca is a fabulous boutique hotel I stumbled upon. It far exceeded my expectations in almost every way. This hotel was so beautiful and clean! We didn't have the highest expectations, so were pleasantly surprised at the amenities (jacuzzi and LCD screen Television in the room!).
