This hotel should be a lot nicer for what you're actually paying. Not a five star at all, it looks kind of shabby and a bit dirty if you ask me. My bathroom was lacking some maintainance and I bet you cannot say you're happy when you pay for your car to be parked at the hotel you're staying in.... more

I don't understand how this hotel is in the list of "the leading hotel of the World"? I was staying in this hotel during 1 week. It's was really a deception, service was really bad and personal are really not friendly. I suggest you to find another 5 stars hotel to have a real 5 stars hotel services. Good luck more
