This is a beautiful restored house from the 20th century in the historical district. It has a good restaurant. The English speaking front desk manager on duty during the day was very helpful as well more

We booked the late Feb 06 hotel stay through an online ad from a group of the hotels in Oaxaca as it included airfare and it all went well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Reviewer states "Beware they charge a fee added to the cost of the room and you must pay in advance. I was told by the hotel that you can book online directly although Zapotec was helpful and is reliable." We have never charged any fee for booking and we only charge a one night deposit at the time of booking...

Hostal de La Noria, is wonderful! It has a great location. The accomodations are great! We had a junior suite. It is a great boutique hotel. The hotel is decorated in colonial style which is very pretty. More importantly, the entire staff of Hostal de La Noria is very warm, attentive, and helpful. The resturant is charming with good food.... more
