Though the hotel itself was in an amazing location, and the courtyard was very beautiful, the hotel staff (with one exception) have very poor communication and was very unhelpful. Casa de Sierra Azul is in an outstanding location in a shopping district with plenty of shops and eateries. It is also only 3-blocks from the Zocolo and in a very safe area that we walked confidently well after 11:00PM.
