My wife and I stayed at the Beach Palace for 7 nights in early April. We loved the resort. The resort is small and we do prefer a larger Riviera Maya type resort but this resort was very accommodating. The food was fantastic. We ate at the Italian 4 nights with Antonio as our waiter. He would bring us anything... more

DO NOT STAY HERE Stayed 4/9/08-4/18/08, arrived and had us in rooms on Lagoon side, and two rooms not adjoining but down the hall from each other. Finally got rooms we paid for. Out to the beach, guess what, The Beach Palace has no Beach, nor does it have access to the beach. Both ramps were blocked. We explained that... more

The first week of April we spent our 6th trip at a Palace Resort (we’re members), but only our 2nd trip to the Cancun hotel zone since first visiting the “old” Sun Palace in 1998. Overall, we enjoyed the property for what it is - a high rise hotel on the busy strip of sand that is Cancun with mostly... more

My husband and I vacationed at the Beach Palace from 3/28 - 4/4. We had a wonderful time, but would not return to this resort. We had some mixed feelings about the check-in process. The staff at the front desk have a negative predesposition and take a defensive stance when dealing with guests. This was a huge turn off to... more

First off, I want to say that I am a Palace member and this is their fourth property I have stayed in. I have previously LOVED my stays so I had high expectations for their newest property. The highs: small, intimate, very stylish resort so nothing is much of a walk, excellent location with La Isla shopping center only three... more

Very new and clean property! Rooms excellent, but request ocean front. All inclusive service was terrific, food and drinks excellent. Breakfast and Lunch were perfect for us and hungry kids. Dinner had 3 restaurants to choose from, plus other Palace resorts to go to. Dinner restaurants were good, but after four days went out on the town to try some... more

This all-inclusive hotel is not worth going to . I have stayed in other Palace resorts as a result of relative's time share obligations in the past and be aware that they are very much like being on a bad cruise ship. This particular property is small, very loud, and food relative to other resorts in the chain was fresh... more

Don't go there. There are many better places to stay at in Cancun. The food was horrible, repetitive same stuff every day. The front desk staff were surly and downright rude. They told us that didn't have a reservation for us, even tough we had prepaid. They were just too lazy to look for it. They finally gave us a... more

Wonderful resort!!!! Although the beach is diminished due to the hurricane, Beach Palace had more beach than the hotels to either side of it. The rooms were wonderful, double jacuzzis, balcony with full-size bed/lounger. Maid service was wonderful, and replenishment of refreshments in the refrigerator was great. The restaurants that we ate at were good, and the wait staff was... more

We arrived late afternoon on Saturday March 15/2008, and were welcomed by the front dtesk with a flower for my wife. Easy, convenient and efficient. Our 9th floor room was deliscious, long sleek, modern. double jetted tub was great, maybe not so green friendly as it uses lots of hot water, But fun The room bar was always stocked with... more
