The Sheraton property is under major construction. Both the resort and towers have been demolished. It is my understanding that they will build a Westin timeshare a part of the property and rebuild the Sheraton tower as a hotel. The location is probably the best on the strip. Stay tuned. BIG TIP!! Get an Entertainment Card!! They can be purchased online for about $25. and when the discount is applied when making reservations, these and many other hotel rooms in Cancun and other places are 50% of the rack rate.
