After the hussel and bussel of Cancun Airport and the heart stopping ride to the resort it was like stepping through the looking glass into a world of tranquility filled with friendly, happy people. the staff were on parr with any five star resort anywhere in the world and were amoung the friendliest I have ever come across. The rooms... more

We traded one of our timeshare weeks to stay at the Royal Caribbean. We had a fabulous time there. The room was clean and the staff couldn't do enough to help you. They bent over backwards for us. The shopping is great too. The mall is just a short bus ride away. It only costs 65 pesos. Everywhere we ate... more

We just returned from the Royal Caribbean and I want to let people know - this is the nicest place my wife and I have ever stayed! If you have a family with 3 or more children or are traveling in a group with 5 or more, this is the way to go. The villas are spacious, breathtaking and I... more

We were at the Royal Caribbean 4/6 - 4/12. We exchanged our time share through Interval International and were supposed to stay at the Royal Mayan. When we arrived, we were told there were no more 2 BR villas and were quickly moved over to the Caribbean- first floor, ocean front. We were very pleased. Our luggage was lost on... more

We stayed at the Royal Caribbean March 29 thru April 5th and absolutely loved the resort. We were in unit B906. Don't panic if you are up on one of the upper floors because we rarely waited for an elevator. The view from our large balcony was breathtaking. I believe the resort was full, but there was always plenty of... more

There really isn't much bad to say about the Royal Hotels. It was perfect for families, the food was great and the rooms very clean. That said, the time share pitch was more than I wanted to deal with. You are assigned a concierge who really is trying to sell you a unit. Ours ignored us when he figured out... more

Everything was perfect at the Royal Caribbean Resort for our week-long Spring Break vacation. If you stay here, you will LOVE it! The villas were immaculate and contained everything you need to have a perfect vacation. There was plenty of room, comfortable beds, beautiful views, and this property is convenient to everything. We traded our time share property through Interval... more

Stayed in Cancun with my husband, 3 kids, and my parents. Wonderful family resort. Super clean, large spacious villas, and extremely friendly staff. Royal Carribean is right in the middle of Royal Mayan and Royal Islander, so you can dine and swim at all 3 resorts simply by walking through the interconnected hallways. We had a beautiful view, lovely beach... more

This is one of the older Royal Resorts in Cancun. You would only know that by seeing the other Royal Resorts in the area. The place is great. Unbeleivable service. It has got to be one of the cleanest places you will ever stay at. We had a beautiful ocean view, which can be good or bad. To my wife... more
