This is a clean, quiet, comfortable hotel very close to the downtown bus station. It is less expensive than Plaza Caribe and I liked it better. Nice pool, ice cold bottled drinking water, fridge, friendly staff that speaks pretty good English. I'm going to stay here next time I am in Cancun. more

Loved the Novotel. The staff were all very helpful and could not have done any more for us. They always had a smile on their faces and were very hospitable. Thanks to the staff for making our holiday one which we will never forget!! more
