We stayed in a Mayan villa for 1 night in march 2008. The hotel is quite hard to find because it's kind in the middle of nowere, but it's really worth it. the Hacienda San Jose Cholul was definitely worth visiting. The hotel has only about 16 rooms, so it can never be crowded, but at the time we were there, we could only see one other couple at dinner and no other guests for the rest of the time.
