Luckily for us, most of the beach property on the road to Boca Paila hasn't been developed into "luxury" resorts and condos. Sadly, that may end soon. We stayed at Tita for 3 nights over Thanksgiving break and we had such a lovely stay. We stayed in Cabana 4 which is on the top floor and it overlooks the beach.
