We felt very welcomed by Reyna during our week in San Miguel. She gave us guidance in our explorations around town and beyond, and accommodated our food preferences. Having a bilingual/bicultural host made our stay much more interesting - I could practice my Spanish but also fall back on English when necessary, and she was patient and encouraging for all... more

We had the pleasure of staying at Casa Reyna in late May and we were delighted with all that Reyna has to offer. The home is immaculately clean at all times and very comfortable. Reyna saw to it that every request was given attention quickly and graciously. We felt very welcome and never imposing. Reyna was able to assist us... more

I have been to San Miguel de Allende many times and Reyna's B & B is the best I have ever stayed at. Her cooking is absolutely outstanding and her home if very clean and well kept at a first class level. She does not serve meals on the weekends but this gave me an opportunity to visit other restaurants... more

Reyna's B&B provided lovely accommodations for three of us in one room for a week. The location was great--just one block to a park and two blocks to a main street. The highlight was Reyna and her cooking. Reyna was so helpful in arranging a ride to and from the airport, guiding us in local customs and teaching us Spanish.... more

I just returned home from a wonderful week in San Miguel with two friends. Staying at Reyna’s and getting to know her were among the highlights of the week. We opted to have both breakfast (8:30 a.m.) and lunch (2:30 p.m.) with her, and the food was beyond belief! It was beautifully presented, fresh, tasty and healthy! Mealtimes were also... more

The house is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, and the location is ideal. The home is located on a quiet side street within a 15 minute walk to the center of town. However, my rating is affected by the lie she told me when I was researching accomodations. Before committing to this booking, I enquired whether breakfast... more

We stayed with Reyna a few summers ago, and my blood pressure still rises when I think of our stay. Instead of giving us (6 people in our family) three rooms as we had agreed upon, she stuffed us into two, but charged us the same amount as three rooms. My 180 pound teenage son had to sleep on a... more

I just arrived home from a month long trip to Mexico, and will never forget my 2 &1/2 week stay at Reyna's. I felt at home immediately upon arrival. The house and rooms were absolutely beautiful and in a very nice neighborhood. Traveling alone and for the first time in San Miguel, Reyna helped me with everything I needed and... more

We arrived at "Reyna's Bed and Breakfast" at 45 Guadiana Sunday afternoon and left the following Saturday morning. Reyna Surarez had already made arrangements for our trip from the Leon airport and even though our flight was two hours late, Viajes Tours and Transportation was still there to deliver us to San Miguel de Allende. Since it was after lunch,... more

Reyna was a great cook and the place with very clean,.......no problems in this area. But I must confess, Reyna gave us problems at checkout. We never intended to stay as long as she thought. We needed to leave a specific nite, to go back to Guadalajara to catch our flight back to the US. This was our intention upon... more
