My boyfriend and I spent a week a the Cascadas property in May. It was Wonderful. Cascadas does not feel like a hotel, it feels closer to home. Your Mexican home away from home. The staff is incredibly helpful and the property is lovely. We stayed in Escondido J. Which is a fabulous 2 bedroom two bathroom villa with a... more

My sister has ownership at the Cascadas, so I have vacationed here a few times. I have never stayed in the hotel buiding, so I can't comment on it, but I will say our experiece in the villas has always exceeded expectations. The good: ~The staff is as friendly as can be, the grounds are spotless and meticulously manicured, and... more

We stayed in the "hotel" part our first week. Was fine as we are very rarely in the room. The bed was very hard and they need to put new mattresses in bedrooms and hideabeds. Was noisy with traffic in morning. Beach was spectacular as always. Food was good, a little pricey, but comparable to what others in town are... more

If you want a bass pounding night club and college kids slamming drinks concocted with Red Bull all night long Club Cascadas is not for you. If you want cleanliness and relaxation at its best Cascadas is your place. First off....no phones or TV's in your villa. You're on vacation. Don't need them. Second there is only AC in the... more

After reading all the bad reviews about this resort I was not comfortable going to this resort. Our vacation turned our great. The staff were very helpful and the food was good. I loved laying on the beach and seeing the rock formations out in the ocean and having someone bring me drinks.Awsome. The bar next door had good drinks... more

I found this time-share resort last year in Cabo so it is not easy to find via internet. The condo was beautiful. They claimed 2100 square feet. Two good sized patios with a large pool style hot tub on one. The kitchen, dining room and living area were spacious and open. The two bedrooms had queen beds with a soft... more

There are only 3 positive things I can say about my recent (short) stay at Club Cascadas: 1) Happy Hour all the time 2) Friendly staff 3) Close to town The negatives definitely outweigh the positives. To start, the website is very deceptive, claiming all the accomodations are villas. Nope. We stayed in the hotel section (definitely not a villa),... more

Just returned from a week at Cascadas, our 1st trip to Mexico. It took a day to get adjusted to being outside the US, but once we did, we thoroughly enjoyed our week. Cascadas offers good value for beachfront location. We stayed 7 nights, paid for 6 and got free breakfast each day. Stayed in villa, which appeared to be... more

We just got back from our 2-week stay at Cascadas and it was an excellent timeshare. We traded through Interval, and had a one bedroom unit. I don't like feeling overheated and the one AC unit in the livingroom cooled the entire apt which was a pleasant surprise. Our apt was in the "hotel" section. The apt was spacious and... more

We stumbled into Club Cascadas four years ago and we have been going 1-2 times a year since then. We owned a timeshare elsewhere but once we visited, we knew we had to buy there, it is a gorgeous place. We own a summer week and a winter week. What makes this timeshare unique is that they sell you a... more
