Hotel is in great location, just across the water from Granville Island. There's also a 7/11 and a little grocery store only one block from the hotel. The rooms were very nice for the price. I paid a little over $300 for a double for 4 nights. more

The price was not bad for downtown vancouver either, though breakfast was not included and was a little pricey for what you got, I would suggest have breakfast downtown it would be cheaper and you would get more for your money.
