This hotel is direcly across the street from the cruise ship terminal/convention center. Our convention rate was $227 per night. The restaurant food was excellent! The dungeness crab soup was $14 a bowl and worth every spoonful. Housekeeping came everyday by 9:30am. Free local papers were delivered daily. Free coffee in the lobby at 6am is awful! I stay in a lot of hotels in the UK for work, Hilton/Marriott etc - but the Fairmont service was second to none - although maybe that's Canadian service for you as opposed to the UK?
