The modern hotel is centrally located in Vancouver downtown, it is only a short walk to all downtown locations. The size of the hotel makes a very individual service more complicated, nevertheless, the people tried very hard. The room in the executive level in the north tower was Sheraton standard, not very big, but with the great floor to ceiling... more

Great location, centrally located. Fast friendly check-in and it was only a $10 taxi ride from the cruise ship. The room was beautiful, bed very comfortable and very clean. more

stayed here in a family suite for a conference. The suite was very nice with plenty of space. Not a bad price for the accommodation. Husband and son enjoyed the swimming pool. Staff were very pleasant and the location is very central. There is a great little cafe next door called the deli-o. Does great breakfasts and lunches. Only downside... more

Noise level from traffic below a bit of an issue and I was on the 11th floor. TV's need updating as they are small. Some new flatscreens would be nice. The carpet was a bit worn and could use a deep cleaning or an update. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The fitness center was OK. The weights are spread... more

Dear King Tito Thank you for your feedback. We are in fact in the process of installing new 32" LCD televisions in every room and expect this to be completed shortly. Also, many of our rooms have new carpeting and we strive to replace worn carpet as needed. We are close to completing a fairly extensive renovation project that includes...

My husband and I booked a deluxe room in the North Tower thinking we would end our holiday in style before the flight back across the Pacific. After making our way through an obstacle course of luggage, check in was difficult as could not hear anything in the excessively noisy lobby full of people. The room lacked the finesse and... more

Our second stay here, first was 2004. Location is good for all tourist adventures, hotel restaurant is fine as the dont-want-to-go-out choice. The view from the towers is great, the staff are very cheerful and helpful. It was nice to have an empty fridge to use (and there's a good grocery shop just two blocks away). But then there are... more

The views from here were spectacular , overlooking the city , moutains and ocean. Our room was very spacious and the hotal is perfectly located in the downtown area to explore the whole city. more

We stayed her two times around the July 4 weekend (before and after the Whistler Mountaineer train ride-which was excellent). The 1st night we were in the south tower overlooking the hospital on Burrard street - it's not too bad, but was noisy with the ambulances coming to the hospital. The rooms are a bit odd in this tower -... more

Vancouver was our last stop after two-week Canadian/US trip and our three-night stay with Sheraton was a very nice way to conclude our fantastic holiday. The hotel is huge, with two towers, conveniently located just a block away from Robson St. The room was lovely, with incredibly comfortable bed (as expected from Sheraton), good size bathroom and the view of... more
