I stayed here for two nights after a trip to Whistler. I chose this hotel because of the reviews and the great package offered via the Marriott website. I read several of the negative reviews and after my stay I could only agree with the quote "you can't please all of the people all the time". My experience was like... more

This is a very nice hotel in an excellent location. We walked to everthing except Stanley Park (Aquarium-nice), Lynn Canyon Park (hiking, suspension bridge-free) and Granville Island (shops, art). The rooms were clean, nicely furnished and modern. The bathrooms have a separate shower and tub. The beds were quite comfortable. The hotel was very quiet. Self parking ran $23.00/day and... more

Just moved from the Renaissance Harbour View to the Marriott Pinnacle. It's much, MUCH better by comparison. Staff was extremely professional and efficient. Pool and gym are also 24 hours. Feels a lot cleaner and newer. Wonderful view - though partially obstructed - but still nice. We even got to see the seaplanes takeoff and land right from our room.... more

Excellent Choice! Our delightful 7-night stay began and ended with the welcoming bell staff. Our room was spotless and cozy, albeit a bit small, with a corner window view of east. The bathroom was almost as large as the room with a separate tub and shower. A safe and bar refridgerator was provided as was office needs such as a ruler,... more

I just completed a wonderful stay at the Pinnacle Hotel in downtown Vancouver. The staff at the hotel were very hospitable and the room decor was clean, modern, and luxurious. The ONLY gripe I have with the hotel is the ridiculous charge they have for internet (which they group with the phone). Otherwise. You can't beat the location for business,... more

Although the Marriott Pinnacle is not what I'd consider a 5-star hotel, it easily gets a 5/5 here when considering the value factor. The location was within an easy walk of shopping, dining, and the water, the staff was friendly, check-in was efficient, parking is expensive but easy to access, the room was nice with amazing views and better linens... more

We stayed here for the last 2 nights of our holiday. What a great hotel. It is located in the Business District but we had fabulous views from our hotel room. The room was large (especially by European standard), very clean and had everything we needed. The valet parking is a must and only costs a few dollars more. The... more

Marriott hotels are good in some locations and really not worth it in others. This Marriott hotel is well located but the relation between price and quality is not good. For example: The bathroom is not well equiped, you are supposed to request items you like...which is not convenient at 3am for example. I am talking here of shower cap,... more

We got a great deal on the hotel through Hotwire for President's day weekend. Sure, the bedroom is a little cramped for a family of four but that's normal for any hotel. The rooms were pretty average for a Marriott, nice beds, spacious bathrooms with a split shower and bathtub arrangement. The hotel is in a great location (depending on... more
