I stayed at the BB for a family event. For the first night I stayed in one of the rooms on the lower level which is in reality a basement. In that room (Henry Room) the beds were so horrible that neither of us slept. The management responded to our complaint by saying that everyone has different preferences for beds.... more

The Windsor Guest House is a lovely place to stay for very reasonable rates in downtown Vancouver. The house is charming and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. They make a fabulous breakfast and I can't say enough good things about their french toast! I would definitely stay there again. more

This place was not clean, there was mold growing on the shower wall, dirty hand prints on the walls and items and old food left from the last guests to stay in the room, the caretakers were nosey and pushy and someone's car was broken into while I was there. Should be avoided at all costs. more
