The room was quite large. We had a corner room just above the lobby. The staff was friendly however there were a few problems we got sorted out. Massive rooms, really friendly staff, not a bad location, near Granville Island and sort of near Stanley Park. Clean, request a room at rear of the hotel, if road noise bothers you. The hotel is on a main road and there is traffic, including big trucks all night. more
