A reasonably nice hotel. However, my advice is stay outside of Halifax and avoid the vistor TAX charged by all hotels in the area. This TAX added an additional 15 dollars per night in my case. This sort of thing just drives me crazy! I would not recommend saying within Halifax city limits for this reason! more

Good location for a stay after/before the airport. Far enough away that you don't hear the planes but only takes 20 minutes to reach the airport. Located right next to the highway. We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and were more than satisfied.The rooms are large with queen size beds, mini fridge, clean and last but not least friendly helpful staff.
