I have read many of the other reviews of the Bond Place (and in fact used the reviews to book my hotel on Expedia) and agree that this is a pleasant, centrally-located budget hotel. booked teh hotel based on reviews on tripadvisor.com....just wanted clean, quiet room close to everything...perfect on all requirements...only used cab to and from airport, the 6 days spent there, was able to walk to everything...didnt like the restaurant, but there are 11ty others close by...$110 for 5 of the nights, one night was $160...great deal for the area. more

Hotel is quite basic but cheap and cheerful. I'd stay in it again just for the great location right beside the Eaton centre and good restaurants on the side streets around it. Make sure you try Fran's restaurant on the cirner of Simone street - great ! more

The Bond Place Hotel is located in downtown Toronto, wonderfull location, on a streetcar line and a block from the Yonge Street subway. Decent sized rooms and helpful staff. Great place, very good value. more

I went to Toronto at the end of January 2008 and stayed at the Bond Hotel. What a wonderful hotel! The staff was polite and very helpful. The room was very clean. Aside from the room being a little small (which I knew thanks to other reviews on TripAdvisor), it was perfect. The rates were excellent for the location also.... more
