This is an excellent hotel. It is well located, well maintained and has professional staff. I enjoted a SE corner room with a view of the harbour on two sides. The panoramic windows were a pleasure. Very nice room. Completely renovated boutique style. Comfortable bed. Good bedding. Beautiful view on Ontario Lake. Big flat screen. Very clean. Climatisation noisy. Have to cross the highway to get downtown. Not much restaurants in the area. more

The Westin Harbour Castle Hotel is the place to stay if you're in Toronto. It was clean, the rooms (and overall hotel) were gorgeous, and the staff was helpful and friendly. You'll be right on the lake. If you can swing it, go for a view of the water. You won't regret staying here. more

Went here for a getaway weekend. Built in the 1970's, however, very recently renovated. Very nice room overlooking the lake. Very close to Air Canada Centre, Harbourfront, Hockey Hall of Fame, the ferry to the Toronto Islands and downtown. It is a short walk to most attractions. The TTC (Toronto Transit Commission) underground streetcar stop is only one block away.... more

Our stay at the hotel was great but the concierge desk was terrible. I asked for directions to get to the Toronto Zoo and got directions to the Science centre.
