We arrived around lunchtime and were given a VERY RUDE introduction. The concierge of this hotel were so unfriendly and unhelpful, in addition to the incompetence that they displayed. Although I am a local, occasionally friends and I experience a downtown week-end. This hotel's location is exceptional and extremely reasonably priced.
