We booked two rooms here and when we arrived, there was no one around. Our rooms were just off the kitchen. Both of our beds were sagging so bad in the middle that as a couple we would have rolled to the center all night while trying to sleep. The whole house is leaning and not level. Patio which looked... more

Me and my boyfriend spent a 5 days in Montreal. He booked this place and when I saw pictures on their web-site I thought the place looked a bit unusual, but when we came I liked it from the first glance. All rooms are decorated in their own style, we stayed in the Royal, quite big, spacious, huge (king size?)... more

Booked the B&B for Grand Prix weekend. Asked if there was a/c and told that there was - there is not!! Impossible to get a hold of the owner. The room I had was so hot that I did not sleep. I had to open the window and there was noise all night long. Owner did not tell the truth... more

Took my daughter and niece to Montreal for the Jazz Festival and to soak up some french. Angelica Blue was the perfect location for us! Located between St. Catherine's and Rene Levesque on St. Elizabeth street, we were super close to the Festival and very easy walk to Vieux Montreal. Our room was spacious (The Royal) and had it's own... more

I see, from the other reviews, that this place is obviously inconsistent. However, I stayed here for five days in mid-July, 2006, and had a great experience. The breakfasts were freshly prepared, AND, on the one occasion that I got up too early for the regular breakfast, there was cereal and coffee available that I could prepare myself. The two... more

This place really has to work on their email correspondence with potential customers. After requesting a room for 3, we were incorrectly quoted the rate for an entirely different room for 2. Not even the simplest of explanations was provided. We decided to give them the benefit of the doubt because in all likelihood, the room may have already been... more

This was our 1st experience with a B & B so was not sure what to expect. The parking is in the back and it was a bit "shady" so to speak... saw a homeless man sleeping 100 ft away from cars. The neighborhood on one side consisted of strip bars but after we got over the shock of the... more

My wife and I stayed at the Angelica Blue B&B.....would highly recommend it to anyone wishing to avoid the typically sterile hotel environment. The room was private, clean, bright and well-appointed. Another highlight was the breakfast....simply the best I've had.....an omelet made to order, fresh fruit etc. We will certainly make it our "home away from home" when in Montreal. more

We have stayed there three times (a fourth stay coming up), and have found Angelica Blue to be a delight, as it is safe, ultra-clean, and handy to everything. Shopping, Metro, and the Old Port (Vieux Port) are all handy. more
