WARNING! If you are not an owner at the Tahoe Vacation Resort, DO NOT expect to receive a unit with any sort of view of the mountains or especially Lake Tahoe. The front desk staff are not at all helpful in trying to get you a unit with a view and just kept telling us to check back every day... more

We were very happy with our recent stay over spring break. Previous reviews had us worried about the staff and other issues. This is a large property on the lake side of the highway. It has lake views on one side and ski slope views on the other. It is 1 mile from stateline, casinos and the Heavenly ski area and gondola.
