Our entire family of 17 stayed at the Radisson July 2008 and the hotel overall was fine. All the rooms were newly remodeled in a modern decor. Housekeeping staff was very nice and friendly and cleaned up the room very well daily. The front desk associates were decent - not 'excellent' in customer service, but they tried. We never encountered... more

I stayed in room 1102 and loved it. There was an adjustable king bed (20 different firmness settings) and LCD TV. The entire look of the modern, well-appointed room just worked. I suspect it was recently renovated and would thus explain the big difference between my review and the others. The renovations in the bathroom were less dramatic (the shower... more

We got our room through Hotwire ($139 plus tax), so I didn't know what hotel it would be until after booking. After I found out and checked the reviews I was very concerned. I must say Hotwire was pretty responsive. They checked the reviews and expressed concern but said the hotel had been renovated so they thought the problems had... more

The issue of this hotel's location is well documented below but as I was only here for one night prior to a flight the next morning I was hoping for a good night's rest. To begin with, check-in proved to be a lengthy and confusing process for both members of staff at the front desk. When they finally gave me... more

I'll start off with the one good thing. The room. Its newly renovated with an LCD tv and up-to-date furniture/decor. The bad: - hardly any ground level parking -- no one assisted me when I rolled up to the front entrance. Was told to park at the 5th level (which was full) only to call the front desk and have... more

We got a decent rate with breakfast and parking thrown in. So, not a bad deal in terms of price. If you do not get this deal, then you have to pay for parking SEPERATELY. However, this is the same case for a lot of hotels in Vancouver. That being said - the hotel is in a terrible location. It... more

Our Radisson room needed renovating - badly! Room was small for adult and 2 teens, compared with nearby properties like the Holiday Inn on Cambie Road and the Hyatt on Minoru. Room decor needed an update, and carpets in hall and room needed replacing (stained). Linens were flimsy, bedspreads felt pilly, and at least one blanket needed laundering. Pool was... more

I was very disappointed with my stay at the Radisson Vancouver Airport. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone nor will I stay here again. The stay did not start off well since my call from the airport to get the free shuttle went unanswered for 20 minutes. Once I got to the hotel and checked in, I found... more

Overall this was a pleasant stay for my freind and myself. I enjoyed the spaciousness of the room and the overall ambievance of the hotel. Each room has large windows which can be opened and most rooms have two beds. The rooms are fairly spacious and include a small safe for you to lock up your valuables. There was also... more

Booked 3 rooms for 2 nights on the 6th floor. The carpet in the hallway on our floor stank so much. The hotel is so old, and desparately needed renovation. The staff barely spoke any English, and were slow. All our rooms had 2 queen size beds. That's probably why the sleep number bed wasn't featured. The bedsheets were clean,... more
