I agree with the other reviews about the location and the friendly staff. From the time you check in the staff is helpful and friendly which is always a plus. Shuttle was great and the Elephant Bar restaurant was good. The room itself was small and outdated. In fact the hotel itself needs a new makeover....ie: popcorn ceilings, dark lighting.... more

This hotel is perfect for business travelers on way to the airport, however it's in a terrible location if you want to be in the heart of Vancouver for a family vacation. It might have a technical address of Vancouver according to Priceline, but it's really in Richmond, which made it an over 35 minute trip to get to Stanley... more

Above average hotel. Even though this place is near the airport, you don't hear the planes above and the view out the window is pleasant - boats, water, mountains, etc. Very helpful staff, clean rooms, great Elephant & Castle restaurant next door. I'd stay again! more

Stayed here the night before an 8:00am flight. Room was very small but comfortable. Service was good and airport shuttle was right on time. This is an obvious choice for early morning air travel or connections but I would stay downtown if the flight was later in the day. more

Stayed at The Delta overnight between flights. The room was great - very quiet and very clean. The beds were comfortable and had a wonderful sleep. The staff was amazing, especially the bell hops - absolutely excellent! Would recommend this hotel for business travellers! more

My corporate travel agent booked this hotel for me after the plane I was on could not land and turned back to Vancouver. I was pleased that the shuttle to and from the hotel ran quite regularly and I got there pretty quick from the airport. I'd have to say that the hotel rooms have had their share of customers... more

Have stayed here a few times when flying out of YVR and have found this facility to be good and consistent for the purpose.A river view is a must. They have a park and fly rate which allows you to leave your car on site while away. The shuttle leaves every 20 minutes starting at 6:00 am. Good pub on... more

The heater did not work in the room and as the temperature in the room dropped over the night the hotel manager and maintenance worker suggested I use a space heater and more blankets.
