For the money I paid this was a very high quality hotel; the clean room was big enough to swing a cat or two, double beds comfortable (with poorly designed for sit up back support headboard, but good looking), and a large TV, the bath room was 'big' and clean. Really loved this hotel. The whole hotel was absolutely clean. The continental breakfast was very good. Beds were comfortable. The towels could be better. I will certainly stay here again. Good value for the money. more

This is a hotel located close to Vancouver Airport and Richmond City Center. It is one of the newest in the area and you can tell. Rooms are very clean and inviting. We booked our stay in the La Quinta Inn via Expedia as we wanted somewhere reasonably priced and within easy reach of Vancouver International Airport and restaurants. The hotel is located in Richmond, a couple of miles to the east of the airport. However, the free shuttle service from the airport worked fine - it just took one phone call... more

This Inn apparently never takes its customers seriously. Two weeks before my arrival in Vancouver, I have sent two separate emails of enquiry about services and prices directly to the Customer Centre of La Quinta Inn. They never respond. That's very poor service by all standards. more
