Our stay at Borthwick was more than we expected. The owners were more than accomodating and made our stay very memorable. We arrived earlier than the check in time and this was no problem. I was looking for a place close to the British Columbia ferry for an early crossing to Vancouver to catch an Alaskan cruise. The closeness to Butchart Gardens was essential, also.
