We organized a wedding anniversary to this hotel and we had problems with the staff from day 1 to the invoicing process. Lots of things did not go the way they were suppose to, we receive no compensation for inconveniences. I.e.: we expected a seved lunch for our 34 guests but we were given a buffet lunch with no warning... more

We pre-paid for a "Tyrol" room thru Hotels. They are in a new wing with mountain/valley views. Instead hotel staff shuffled us into an older wing with a view of the parking lot.
