Very typical of most other Choice Hotels in that it is old, smells, furniture and bed are worn out, and relatively dirty. No surprises good or bad if you frequent this chain. Personally I dislike them, though admittedly I am a bit fussier than most. Spend the extra money and stay at the new Holiday Inn Express down the street. more

We stayed over the weekend of July 27 and had a great experience. Gananoque is such a pleasant small town with lots to see and do. The staff at the front desk of the Quality Inn were very helpful in making recommendations and answering our many questions. more
