We recently stayed at the Richmond Hotel as part of a group of elderly/disabled people. The staff were excellent and although at first we had teething troubles these were sorted out by the excellent staff and we enjoyed the rest of our stay. Thank you for the care given more

Just arrived home after having spent Easter at this hotel,which my friends and I enjoyed the friendliness, help and service given to us by their staff. We had very clean, warm and good sized rooms and the food was good with a choice. The entertainment was very good, every night. Will go their again. more

This has to be the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. On arrival the outside of the hotel was encapsulated with scaffolding!!
