Just been for a two night stay at The Log House, and we had a wonderful time. Really good restaurant with 3 very comfortable rooms above. Good value accommodation. Nice room with very good shower and flat tv/dvd player. Good selection of DVDs to use. I advise you to eat in the restaurant, very good. We stayed bed and breakfast which was really good. Quality local ingredients. Would definitely stay again. We paid £80 for the roomper... more

I cannot praise this guest house highly enough. We only stayed one night but it was enough to make me want to stay again. Tried to book this hotel through LateRooms.com at £65.00, a night, the usual rate being £85.00. but website wouldn't accept it as it said 2 nights minimum.
