Lovely clean rooms, very comfy beds, great breakfast and excellent service. Unfortunately visited Kendal as had family in hospital but was made to feel very welcome and although the owners knew the circumstances, they were very caring without being intrusive. Would highly recommend and know I'll be back but for a holiday next time. more

Have just returned from Kendal and spending a night at the Balcony House B & B. We can thoroughly recommend it. The owners are extremely helpful but not intrusive.
