We stayed four nights in this hotel and found it to be well located, and very welcoming. All the staff were very helpful, no matter what our requests. Stayed at Threadneedles for a week in August. Like other reviewers have said, if you are looking for a bustling area on the weekend, this is not the place. The streets/restaurants surrounding the hotel are quite literally bare on Saturday & Sunday. Excellent hotel. Stayed only one night arriving late. Rooms are clean, and smartly appointed. Very stylish. Service was excellent. Voltage converters sent right up to the room. Stayed in the Threadneedles Hotel again and was as impressed as the first time I stayed. Brilliantly clean and well maintained it was a joy to kick back and just enjoy the room. This hotel was super chic. It's right in the heart of the best attractions, but on small side street, that's out of the way.
