The place reeked of cigarettes and stale fried onions. Our supposed 'double room' was smaller than my bathroom at home. We had specifically requested a non-smoking room and instead got a room that stank of cigarettes and as proof thereof, a cigarette butt was floating in our toilet. Stayed here whilst visiting the Shepherds Bush Empire. It literally is 2 minutes walk down the end of the road - it could not have been better location wise.
