I stayed at this hotel whilst on a weekend trip to york,the welcome was very friendly and the room was very clean and bright. My partner and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in March. We arrived late, but the welcome was still warm, friendly and helpful. Check in was efficient and there is masses of visitor information available in the foyer. This is a beautiful guest house, staffed by the friendly and extremely helpful owners.
