Harington's is in an excellent location for visiting all the sites in Bath. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Two pluses for this city centre hotel, they can provide parking, (granted it is a 7 minute walk away but you can off load luggage first, and the rates are cheap £9 a day) AND this hotel is independant. We... more

Harington's Hotel is brilliant. I was travelling by train and it’s just a quick walk from the station and ideally located for all the sites. When I was shown where my room was, I was disappointed, as it was right beside the reception and I thought it would be very noisy. However, when I opened the door I discovered a... more

I was here with my family for one night (wished it could have been longer) and just loved the hotel. The family room more than accommodated the needs of a family of 4. The décor was fresh and clean with touch of modern. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The included breakfast was excellent from the food to the service... more

This hotel doesn't quite live up to its "boutique" marketing. We stayed 2 nights in a superior double (room 1), and no matter how hard we looked, we couldn't find the bath that is in the photo on the website - only a shower! The heated towel rail worked during the day and all night, but not in the morning... more

We stayed in room 9 which was modern, bright and comfortable. There was no view or lift, that didn't matter. It was a fantastically central hotel, yet without the noise. Bed comfortable and shower good. Reception were extremely helpful and friendly and breakfast was very substantial and well presented, not to mention exceptionally tasty. We would recommend this to friends... more

My partner and I stayed for two nights at The Harington in September 2007 and really enjoyed ourselves. We stayed in Room Six on the top floor and, although it was a bit of a trek up the stairs it was worth it. The room isn't massive but there was enough room for the two of us and very clean,... more

Found this property through the interent and they promised one of the finest boutique hotels in Bath. We were looking for somewhere near the spa for a special trip and booked the best room available. To say that we were disappointed was an understatement, the room, although well equipped with boutique extras was small and the bathroom only big enough... more

This hotel is in the city centre which can be extremely noisy, especially at night, the hotel is on a main route through the town for party goers and there is a vey noisy pub opposite open late. The room was ok but the bathroom was a discrace. The level of service wasn't what i expected seen as they are... more

I stayed here in September 07 for a birthday treat for my gf. The staff were incredibly friendly and answered all our questions. The room were good, especially the bed and bathroom. Breakfast in the morning was perfect. A buffet breakfast plus the choice of a cooked breakfast to order, what a great way to start the day. The location... more

We spent two nights at Harington's Hotel in early November and had a lovely stay. The location is fantastic - just a short stroll to the shopping area, the Roman Baths, the Abbey and the Thermae Spa. We arrived at 11pm on a Saturday night and had a warm reception at check-in. In fact, the staff were friendly and helpful... more
