The door was left open for our arrival . .. we were never met the first day. So, if you don't know your way around Bath .. . you could find yourself quite lost. Also, driving directions do not work using the address given, we were, in fact, quite lost. The room was hot, COVERED in black animal hair, mildew... more

My boyfriend and I booked 1 night accommodation over the phone directly with Dorset Villa. They turned down our offer to pay a deposit to confirm our reservation. When we arrived in Bath we were lost and called them to ask for directions. The phone was turned off which was surprising since it was a business. We drove around until... more
