This has to be the biggest joke of a hotel I've ever stayed in and makes Fawlty Towers look like the Hilton. We had booked into the Kenilworth Hotel only to be transferred into their sister hotel which is adjoining. By far, the absolute worst hotel we stayed in during our 14 day trip throughout the UK. There was a small drip of water in the shower so my husband nor I could shower. Tthe hotel was older and very noisy. We're a young couple, in town for the Newcastle/Tottenham match and will never recommend nor stay in this hotel... more
