Cheryl and David were wonderful hosts, and the Curtain Call was one of the best values I experienced in England. I'd requested a room on the ground floor, and it was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The shower in the en-suite bathroom was very nice. Breakfasts were wonderful! Although Chery kindly fetched me from the train station and David drove... more

We were a little late upon our arrival, but David kept the light on for us and warmly welcomed our gang of five. We were shown to our cozy rooms with very comfy beds. Everything was spotless. The next morning we enjoyed a choice of a full English Breakfast or delicious variations. The croissants in the Continental Breakfast were amazingly... more

I stayed at this fabulous B&B following the reviews I read on here and, I have to say, I wasn't disappointed. The rooms are spotlessly clean, recently decorated but, most importanly. of all they are a home from home. Just what the weary traveller needs after a long trip on the train. The towels and coffee were the icing on... more

My friend and I were going to the RSC and found this guest house on Late Rooms. It was excellent - within walking distance to all the attractiosn, beautifully furnished with nice ensuite. This quaint B & B was just wonderful form beginning to end. The hosts were more than accommodating towards my mother and I. The room itself was lovely, spotless and furnished appropriately. The ensuite was wonderful, big and newly renovated, with all above quality amenities and products. The best part of our stay was the amazing breakfast that our hosts... more

Everything was perfect: it is within walking distance to the major sights, I felt really safe (which was important for me as I travelled on my own), everything was tastefully furnished, the breakfast was delicious and the hosts were extremely obliging and friendly! In a nutshell, it was fantastic! Thanks... more

Fantastic stay in an inviting and warm B&B. Cheryl and Dave, the owners, will go out of their way to make sure you have the best information possible about the surrounding area. They are very personable and easy to talk to. Breakfast was fantastic and there was always a great cheery mood, even if you are not a morning person! more

I've recently returned from a fantastic short break at a B&B aptly named Curtain Call, in Stratford Upon Avon (Shakespeare's Birthplace). The owners Cheryl and David were fantastic and made me feel most welcome and very much at home - very important to me as a female travelling alone. Nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation is tastefully decorated, tidy... more
