“Fire alarm at 3am...then no water in entire hotel”

This is a cheap hotel, but not worth the money. Room was clean but had patches of paint on the wall, as if they were trying a new colour out. At 3am the fire alarm went off and the entire hotel was evacuated. In the morning, all the water to the hotel was shut off, so no showers or lavatory... more

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in April as it was local to a function we were attending. NEVER AGAIN. This is the worst hotel I have EVER stayed in. It was DISGUSTING! We booked this for an overnight stay after a gig at the NIA - we had 3 rooms (3 family and 1 double) all costing £26/each so a bargain! The double had a shower the family had shower/bath. Basic, clean and tidy - just right for what we needed it for. We took taxis into the centre - about 15... more

It I could bang on about the lack of sound proofing and the bareness of the room, but we paid pennies for the night, and it was cheap clean and served a purpose. Not sure if I would go out of my way to book again though. more
