If these guests had any issues with the accomodation offered they should have complained staright away so that an alternative room could have been offered. There is no point in waiting until check-out to raise any issues as it is, then, too late to rectify the situation. The hotel has been refurbished recently and all bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas...
